At STRYK, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

It is returned in original packaging
For hygiene reasons, worn or washed socks cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
